Unreachable Tech Support

I recently reset my password, using the forgot password link sent to my email. The app constantly says my info is incorrect, even though I am using the correct username. Ive used the password reset link over 10 times, no dice. Ive tried to send them a support request through their site, but these two little arrows just circle and circle; I have no reason to believe it will ever send. This is the case whether on Safari or Chrome browsers, on my Mac or iPhone. Left a message on the contact # which is a Google Voice number, hopefully someone will get back to me or an update will fix this issue.

Other than that, I really like this app a lot!
